Understanding the map:
Yellow (Stage 1): Red Cadet has provided a suitable CV and has passed their initial phone interview with a Red Cadet Recruiter.
Red (Stage 2): Red Cadet has been able to demonstrate appropriate transferable skills and they have a bio attached to give you more understanding around their expertise and what they are looking to do next.
Green (Stage 3): Red Cadet has successfully passed their zoom interview and are good to go!
